Construo Recruitment is working with a leading property consultancy that is expanding nationwide. They are seeking experienced Building Surveyors to join their team, with roles available across multiple regions of the UK.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports
Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements
Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations
Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames
Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI
Proven experience in residential property surveys
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
Competitive salary dependent on experience
£5,000 car allowance
