Scope of works is full refurbishment of a student accommodation building in the area, including both internals and externals (cladding remediation.)You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and looking after compliance/health & safety.
Applicants must have main contractor experience running large-scale/full refurbishment projects (internals and externals.)You will also need the following tickets:
-SMSTS-CSCS (Black/White)-First Aid-Fire Marshall-Asbestos Awareness-Scaffold Inspection (desirable)
