About the CompanyAn established London-based Design & Build office fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its growing team.
The business specialises in delivering CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit-out projects
, working with a strong portfolio of high-profile clients and a high level of repeat business.
The Contracts Manager will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual delivery of projects
, working closely with the wider project team, clients, subcontractors and supply chain.
- Manage the commercial and contractual performance of projects
- Monitor project costs, financial performance and commercial risk
- Manage variations, valuations and final accounts
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams
- Maintain strong client and supply chain relationships
- Ensure contractual obligations and commercial deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial fit-out / Design & Build
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management
- Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple commercial and contractual requirements across projects
- Up to £100,000 salary
- Pension
- ASAP start, with notice periods considered for the right candidate
