10 is on the lookout for a driven client-facing Senior Project Manager to take the lead on delivering high-impact projects.

This is a key role that involves managing multiple projects, overseeing delivery through both preconstruction and construction.

• Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale, high-profile construction projects with complexity and ambition.
• Inspiring leader and confident communicator, skilled at guiding and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• In-depth expertise in risk management, opportunity identification, and effective change control.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and a passion for modern methods of construction and innovation (desirable).
• Deep commitment to health, safety, and sustainability at every stage of project delivery.
• Well-versed in all phases of the project lifecycle, with hands-on experience in both preconstruction and construction delivery
• Degree in Project/Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrable experience in project management throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Membership of (or working towards) a professional body, e.g. CIOB, RICS. (Desirable)

Please note that eligibility for UK security clearance (5 years uninterrupted UK residency) will be required for this role.
