About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of Structured Cabling projects across multiple locations in Central London. This role will suit someone with a strong background in both copper and fibre cabling installations who can effectively manage engineers, liaise with clients and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Working closely with project teams and end clients, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing resources and ensuring all works are completed in line with programme requirements and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of structured cabling installation projects, including planning engineer workloads, monitoring project progress and ensuring site teams have the resources required to complete works efficiently. The role will involve regular communication with clients, attending site meetings and providing updates on project status, risks and milestones.

You will oversee both copper and fibre installation activities, ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout delivery. Additionally, you will manage timesheets, labour allocation, site documentation and subcontractors where required, whilst promoting a strong health and safety culture on site.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing Structured Cabling projects and a strong understanding of both copper and fibre infrastructure installations. You should be confident managing engineering teams, dealing directly with clients and coordinating multiple activities across busy project environments.

Applicants should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, resolve site issues and maintain project momentum. A good working knowledge of construction site health and safety requirements is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

SMSTS, CSCS, ECS, First Aid, IPAF and PASMA certifications would be advantageous, although candidates with strong structured cabling site management experience are encouraged to apply.

What's on Offer?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy project team delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across Central London. You'll have the chance to work on long-term programmes, manage experienced engineering teams and play a key role in successful project delivery
