About the Role
Eden Brown Built Environment is looking to speak with experienced Project Managers for freelance opportunities with established commercial fit out and refurbishment contractors across London.
We are particularly interested in delivery-focused PMs with proven experience managing CAT A, CAT B, D&B and commercial refurbishment projects, typically ranging from £1m to £15m+.
Opportunities range from fast-track projects through to larger, technically complex schemes.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of projects from pre-start through to completion
Manage programme, commercial awareness, quality and delivery
Lead Site Managers and project teams
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
Manage client relationships and project meetings
Oversee procurement and construction programmes
Monitor progress, risk and project performance
Ensure strong Health & Safety standards
Drive snagging, handover and project close-out
Requirements
Proven Project Manager experience within commercial fit out/refurbishment
Strong CAT A / CAT B project exposure
Experience delivering projects for a main contractor or D&B fit out contractor
Ability to run projects independently
Strong client-facing and subcontractor management skills
Good commercial and programme awareness
SMSTS / CSCS preferred
Experience delivering projects typically £1m-£15m+
