Work on a Prime Estate in Central London My client is looking for an Associate Building Surveyor who doesn’t just manage projects, but leads transformations; from historic Grade II listed buildings to sleek commercial offices and high-end residences.
The work:
You'll be at the helm of refurbishments, heritage buildings, retail, offices, high end residential and more.
Guiding schemes from pre construction phases, right through to completion.
Whether it’s a £1.5m office fit-out or a luxury residential redevelopment, you’ll be the driving force behind every detail.
This isn’t just about delivering buildings, you’ll be part of a dynamic team within a consultancy that values autonomy, innovation, and integrity, working on projects that leave a lasting legacy.
