We’re currently recruiting experienced Demolition Supervisors for a project in Central London (EC4).
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily demolition activities and site operatives.
- Ensure all works comply with RAMS and H&S regulations.
- Coordinate labour, plant and equipment.
- Liaise with site management and subcontractors.
- Maintain site safety and productivity.
- Valid CCDO Gold Card – Demolition Supervisor (essential).
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
- Proven demolition supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of demolition procedures and site safety.
- Asbestos Awareness certification preferred.
- Licence/Certification:
Gold CCDO Card (required)
