Building Inspector – (Must be Class 3H)

Salary: £90,000 – £120,000 (dependent on fee income / work secured)

I am working exclusively with a well-established client to appoint an experienced and highly capable Registered Building Inspector ( Must be Class 3H) to join their strong and growing team, based from a central London office.

This is a senior opportunity within building control under the new regulatory regime. You will play a key role in shaping technical standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality buildings—particularly within the high-risk and high-rise sector.

The successful candidate will be client-facing and commercially minded, with the ability to build strong relationships and ideally bring an existing network of contacts. You will also be expected to contribute to the strategic growth of the division, including the development of a clear business plan for future expansion.

Please note: Candidates must hold Class 3H registration to be considered. High-risk / high-rise buildings are a core specialism of this role.
