Role OverviewThe Talent Set are delighted to partner with a client on a fantastic Digital Content Engagement Officer role. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled content professional to shape engagement strategies and deliver impactful digital storytelling on a fixed-term basis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality digital content across websites, social media, emails, and other channels.
- Manage content calendars to align with campaign and organisational priorities.
- Monitor and evaluate engagement metrics, leveraging data to optimise content strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate objectives into compelling digital narratives.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, accessible, and compliant with best practices and regulations.
- Support digital campaigns from planning through to execution and review.
- Proven experience in digital content creation, communications, or engagement roles.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a clear sense of tone and audience.
- Confidence in managing content management systems and social media platforms.
- Experience analysing digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics or insights platforms.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required.
- Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
