Role:
Design Director

As Design Director, you will lead a team of skilled designers, collaborating closely with OLIVER’s creative leadership and the client’s marketing and creative teams. You will serve as a brand guardian, taking charge of the visual identity for client projects while efficiently managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Your leadership will drive creative excellence and award‑worthy solutions that resonate in the B2B space.

You will serve as a brand guardian, taking charge of the visual identity for client projects while efficiently managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Your leadership will drive creative excellence and award‑worthy solutions that resonate in the B2B space.

What you need to be great in this role:
  • Passion for impactful graphics, typography, layout, and idea generation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present and sell ideas suited for B2B audiences.
  • Ability to manage, lead, mentor, and develop other designers.
  • Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and graphic design principles focused on B2B applications.
  • Familiarity with multiple channels and formats, including print, digital, and social media relevant to B2B communications.
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to quickly address project briefs.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—and familiarity with popular design tools and software as needed.
