Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Womenswear Designer specialising in Soft Wovens to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for designers at all levels who possess a strong background in womenswear, particularly with experience working with young high street brands and working on short lead would be a bonus.

• Develop innovative and commercially viable soft woven womenswear collections that align with brand identity and market trends.
• Create captivating feminine handwriting with an eye for print, ensuring each design reflects current fashion movements.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, sourcing, and technical departments to bring designs from concept to production.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently within short lead times while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay informed of industry trends, fabric developments, and competitor activities to inform design decisions.

• Proven experience designing for womenswear, with a focus on soft woven fabrics.
• Familiarity with working on collections for young high street brands is highly desirable.
• Strong print design skills and a feminine, trend-aware aesthetic.
• Experience working within short lead times and a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative eye combined with technical understanding to produce commercially successful fashion pieces.
