Mid-Weight Video Editor

I am working with a leading global creative agency who are looking for a top‑class Video Editor who’s ready to push ideas beyond the expected and bring bold, imaginative stories to life.

If you’re passionate about editing visually striking, emotionally engaging content and love crafting compelling narratives for some globally recognisable brands, this role is for you!

You’ll join our in‑house content team, working closely with producers, creatives, and motion designers to edit a wide range of projects. From brand films and event content to social, corporate and broadcast pieces.

Up to £42k Basic

Fully office based – Shoreditch Studio

• Editing videos in Premiere Pro, structuring clear, dynamic narratives across diverse formats.
• Enhancing motion graphics, transitions and title design using After Effects.
• Contributing to concept development, storyboards, and creative treatments.
• Applying sound design, music editing, and colour correction to bring stories to life.
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual impact.

• Ideally at least 3+ years’ experience in video editing and content creation across agency, post‑production, or freelance environments.
• Expert in Premiere Pro, with strong supporting skills in After Effects for motion integration and finishing.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and visual composition.
• Proficient in sound design, colour correction and grading for polished results.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple edits with consistency and precision.
• Basic videography skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable within fast‑paced production.
• Experience editing multi‑camera or event content.
• Knowledge of Red Giant Suite.
• Familiarity with AV and live event workflows.
