The agency

This brilliant integrated events and comms agency deliver a range of large scale conferences, internal communication and engagement events for some high profile clients. Whether a content piece, corporate video, live or virtual event they are extremely creative and deliver cutting edge, quality projects. We are now seeking a proven Head of Projects to join and take the helm of the projects team.

The role

The Head of Projects will have overall responsibility for overseeing the planning and delivery of each project through leading a high performing team of PD's, SPMs and PMs. Projects could be complex large scale corporate events, to broadcast and hybrid format as well as some video/content and film work. This role will need to support teams on site for larger events with some UK and international travel.

Ensuring operational excellence across each live project is key and working closely with the account teams to ensure SLAs are adhered to in delivery.

About you

We are seeking a deep understanding of corporate live events in varying formats, gained in an agency environment alongside line management. A strong understanding of logistics as well as technical production offering is key as is a demonstrable background in developing, nurturing and line managing a team at varying levels. You will work collaboratively with inter-agency departments and be able to challenge where needed and ensure that each project is delivered with the maximum commercial return and at the highest level of quality.
