THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUThe TV Admin Coordinator has overall responsibility for the timely delivery of content to TV broadcasters and online outlets in the UK and across the globe.
ROLEThis is a pivotal role that requires project management skills and meticulous attention to detail. As aTV Admin co-ordinator, you will work alongside a diverse multinational team of Versioning Producers working across Major Studio Releases, Theatre and Sports campaigns.
You will contribute significantly to the timely delivery of all broadcast content and the approval of assets in territories & platforms that necessitate clearance.
- Expertly manage the trafficking of broadcast and social assets for a diverse range of UK and International campaigns
- Collaborate with media agencies and clients to receive and interpret comprehensive media plans
- Set internal delivery and clearance deadlines meeting broadcaster requirements
- Proficiently handle a high volume of clearance submissions for various platforms advising on amendments and potential restrictions where necessary
- Handle the trafficking of broadcast assets through TV, CTV, BVOD, Radio and Cinema
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with broadcasters and clearance bodies, ensuring the accurate and timely playout of commercials
- Oversee and coordinate deliveries for UK and International playout orders, utilising XR (Adstream) and Cape IO
- Ensure the creation and delivery of broadcast assets are in accordance with the correct specifications
- Collaborate with internal Versioning Producers, Creative, Operational, and Technical personnel
- Provide support to Account Managers in problem-solving and reporting on live campaigns
- Aid the existing TV Admin Team members, ensuring accurate workload coverage and seamless teamwork
- In-house scheduling software
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Share Point
- Broadcast delivery platforms XR (Adstream) and Cape IO (Peach)
- Broadcast scheduling platforms (CARIA, Audio track Etc)
- Broadcast Clearance Systems across TV, BVOD, Radio and Cinema
Demonstrable experience of working within post-production operations, TV Admin department, creative agency or buying agency is desirable but not essential.
This also requires supporting the Versioning Producers who own responsibility for the smooth – running relationship between DMS and local marketing teams of key studio clients in terms of the provision of re-versioning and localisation services. This is an important contribution that requires constant client engagement and strong project management skills.
You will ideally also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of prioritising large workloads whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Experience of reading and understanding broadcast airtime media plans
- Understanding of post-production workflows
- Knowledge of using one or more broadcast delivery platforms
