Location: Greater London
GRAPHIC DESIGNER (JUNIOR - MID)
Type:
Part‑time (initially approx. 3 days a week, with an opportunity to develop to full‑time position).

You will work closely with Founder & Creative Director and Marketing + Creative team to translate the Cou Cou world across digital, campaign and retail touchpoints.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESIn this position your roles will include:
- The design and production of digital content for our social and web platforms (organic + paid)
- The creation and set‑up of weekly newsletters
- Supporting campaign rollouts (lookbooks, digital assets, launch materials)
- Designing website assets (homepage banners, landing pages, PDP graphics)
- Collaborating with Marketing and E‑commerce on website updates, launches and homepage changeovers
- Supporting retail and pop‑up graphics (posters, signage, packaging elements)
- Support and collaborate with the creative + content team with a variety of graphic assets needed for Creative, Marketing and Online teams.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Supporting content creation with a strong instinct for layout, typography and image pairing
- Assisting with retouching imagery when needed
- Supporting cut‑downs of shoot footage and basic video edits for social
- Figma upkeep and support with content management
- Conducting visual research to support design development
- Assistance with social media platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design or equivalent practical experience relevant to the role
- Proven experience
- Strong typography, composition and layout skills
- Highly proficient in Figma
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A basic understanding of video editing (Premiere Pro a plus)
- Experience with web and email platforms preferred but not essential
- Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- A strong visual instinct and cultural awareness
