We are a global collective who live and breathe digital, working with some of the boldest brands in the world to capitalize on the complexity that defines the modern marketing landscape.

Role Overview

Are you the one in your group who always takes the lead in planning? Do you thrive on logistics, love ticking off checklists, and always think two steps ahead? If so, you could be the perfect fit for the Production Coordinator role at Engage.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to join our production team, coordinating a variety of shoots, post‑production edits and schedules across a diverse range of sporting clients. One day you might be arranging filming at a stables for our equestrian partners, and the next, sending a producer to the Middle East for an esports tournament.

The position requires a highly organized individual with experience working in either TV or digital/social media and great knowledge of how film shoots work logistically. You will be responsible for taking a filming brief and ensuring our crew have all the camera and production equipment they require, as well as arranging all travel, risk assessments, logistics and budget management. You will be working across our range of sporting clients, so a passion and knowledge of sport is desirable, as well as experience planning production schedules.

Strong people skills and the ability to multitask are necessary. The ideal candidate will be approachable, calm under pressure and will also be thinking one or two steps ahead to ensure our film crews can concentrate on creating engaging content. Filming and post‑production edits will vary in scale, so we need someone who will leave no detail to chance and make sure all shoots & workflows are planned comprehensively.

Most importantly, you’ll need experience of managing crews and being that central point of contact they can rely on.

What You’ll Do:
  • Plan and coordinate shoots in the UK and internationally, including detailed filming schedules and call sheets
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, catering, and location sourcing
  • Manage VISA and carnet processes for international shoots
  • Source and allocate camera and production equipment, with basic technical understanding
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of content
  • Arrange travel for business trips
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and coordination with insurance providers when required
  • Source and book freelance crew, manage rotas and schedules for pre/post‑production
  • Support Production Manager with management of production budgets, including cost reporting and reconciliation
  • Support operations team with keeping the company resource management platform up to date
  • Implement contingency planning and problem‑solving for last‑minute changes
  • Promote sustainable production practices where possible
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in production coordination
  • Strong understanding of broadcast and digital media environments
  • Experience with outside broadcasts, ideally in a sports context
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Highly self‑motivated and driven
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience with international shoot logistics and cultural considerations
  • Basic technical knowledge of camera/audio equipment
  • Understanding of post‑production workflows and delivery specs
  • Knowledge of legal compliance associated with production (e.g. permits, GDPR, release forms)
  • Budgeting and financial reporting experience
  • Awareness of sustainable production practices (Albert certification a plus)
  • Experience managing clients and stakeholders is a bonus
  • Knowledge of social media platforms is beneficial
General
  • Work flexible days, according to the appropriate sports‑related calendar
  • Occasional work on location (shoots) may be required
