We’re looking for a Direct Response Copywriter who operates as a Creative Strategist for Meta ads.

This role is focused on the thinking behind the ads, not building funnels or writing long-form assets. Your primary responsibility will be developing winning ad concepts and translating them into clear, actionable briefs that guide execution.

You’ll be responsible for writing detailed creative briefs for UGC-style video scripts, short-form VSLs, and static Facebook ads. These briefs will be used by our video editors and graphic designers to produce the final ad creatives, so clarity, structure, and strategic intent matter.

This is not a role for writing advertorials, landing pages, or website copy. We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience developing performance-driven creative briefs for Facebook ads, who understands how messaging, hooks, and structure impact results at scale.

You’ll work closely with the performance and creative teams to iterate on concepts, expand winning angles, and turn insights into repeatable creative systems.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience writing direct-response copy for Meta Ads in eCommerce
  • Strong, practical understanding of persuasion, desire, and buyer psychology
  • Ability to explain why a piece of copy converts — and how to improve it
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results matter
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally
  • Confident using AI and modern tools to research, ideate, and iterate faster
Must Haves
  • 2+ years writing copy for Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with proven direct-response and marketing principles
  • Experience contributing to multiple winning ad creatives
  • Background working with an agency or fast-growing DTC brand
