Junior Social Creative / Community Manager
London (Hybrid) | Up to £37k

A growing social-first agency is looking for a Junior Social Creative / Community Manager who's on trends before they're trending.

This is for someone who lives in the comments, understands internet culture instinctively, and brings energy, humour and sharp reactions to everyday content.

You'll sit within the creative team, feeding into strategy (not leading it), working closely with strategists to understand tone of voice, humour styles and what language lands for each brand.

You'll wear a few different hats across a variety of consumer brands - primarily FMCG and drinks - adapting tone and personality depending on the audience.

Expect:

• Reactive memes and trend-led content
• Community management and comment engagement
• Jumping on cultural moments quickly and confidently
• Supporting on lo‑fi studio set‑ups (think playful, scroll‑stopping social visuals)
• Contributing creative ideas and building toward a longer‑term path into a full creative role

• 1-3 years' experience in social (agency preferred)
• Deep understanding of internet culture and platform behaviour
• Confident writing in different tones of voice
• Comfortable with reactive, meme‑led and fast‑turnaround content
• Ambition to grow into a Social Creative role
• Experience across consumer brands (FMCG, drinks etc.)

Salary: Up to £37k
