The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to play a key, hands‑on role within the brand and marketing team. This position sits at the intersection of creativity and performance, with a major focus on email marketing as one of the brand’s most important customer touchpoints.
Email is not an afterthought here — it’s central to how the brand communicates, engages, and builds relationships with its audience. You’ll be responsible for driving the creative quality of email design
, pushing it forward conceptually and visually, and helping the brand stand out in a crowded inbox.
This is a highly hands‑on role
. You’ll be designing regularly, owning execution as well as contributing ideas, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class creative at pace.
- Taking ownership of email design across lifecycle, broadcast, and promotional campaigns
- Elevating the visual quality, storytelling, and effectiveness of email as a core brand channel
- Designing engaging, on‑brand email templates and creative that resonate with a global audience
- Working closely with CRM, Growth, and Content teams to translate strategy into standout design
- Supporting wider brand and campaign work across digital channels when needed
- Ensuring consistency, craft, and attention to detail across all outputs
- Working at pace in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment where priorities evolve quickly
- Proven, hands‑on experience designing email marketing — this is essential
- A strong portfolio showing brand‑led digital design, with clear email examples
- Experience working with globally recognised brands or large‑scale consumer products
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Excellent visual craft across typography, layout, imagery, and composition
- Strong Figma skills and experience working with design systems and templates
- A practical, proactive mindset — happy to get stuck into the work and own delivery
