Content Creator; or Freelance | Hybrid

RAISE Snacks is on a mission to make better-for-you snacks that taste genuinely delicious. We’re a small, ambitious team looking for a Content Creator to tell our story and bring the brand to life across social media.

As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll create engaging social media content that brings RAISE to life on Tik Tok and Instagram. Working closely with our founder and the wider team, you’ll help grow our brand presence, promote natural snacking, and tell our authentic story online. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with creative formats, contribute to social strategy, and shape how RAISE connects with its community.

• Produce creative social media content across formats to tell our brand story and connect with our community.
• Create camera-facing content from concept to final edit, filming and editing high-quality short-form video.
• Write clear, engaging captions, scripts, and social copy optimised for each platform’s audience and format.
• Support content planning and ideation, brainstorming creative campaigns that align with wider marketing initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day posting on Instagram and Tik Tok, adapting content for each channel.
• Keep up with trends, experiment with new formats, and continuously refine content based on performance.
• Contribute to wider marketing initiatives when needed, including community projects, events, and other brand activities.

• True social native who already creates and consistently publishes content.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing, ideally with hands‑on experience growing a brand on Tik Tok or Instagram.
• Confident on camera – comfortable speaking, storytelling, and representing a brand authentically.
• Proven experience creating high-quality, engaging short-form video content from concept to final edit, including captions, scripts, and social copy.
• Strong storyteller who knows how to connect with an audience and bring a brand’s personality to life.
• Creative and analytical – able to craft compelling brand stories while reviewing performance data to optimise content.
• Detail‑oriented and motivated by building a genuine, engaged community around a brand.
• Passionate about wellness and natural snacking, excited to share our mission.
