Ignite are thrilled to be partnering with one of the fastest-growing D2C subscription brands in the UK (£30m+ revenue). The business is building a true best‑in‑class Marketing department and as a result of ambitious growth plans for next year and beyond, they’re now looking to hire their first ever Head of Performance Creative to lead, shape and elevate all creative strategy across the brand.

Important: To be considered, you MUST have experience developing high-performing creative strategy / meta ads for D2C brands, with a strong grasp of performance principles, content direction and data-informed creative decision-making. You’ll lead a small creative strategy team and partner closely with Growth, Brand and Content to deliver best‑in‑class assets that drive acquisition and retention.
- At least 6 years’ experience in Creative Strategy
, Performance Creative
, or Creative Direction for a fast‑growth D2C or subscription brand - Strong track record of developing high-performing creative concepts, briefs and campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok and other paid/organic channels
- Experience partnering with performance teams to translate insights into actionable creative direction
- Confident in using data + testing frameworks to optimise creative decision‑making (hooks, formats, messaging, storytelling)
- Ability to manage, mentor and inspire a small creative strategy function (you will be managing a team of creative strategists)
- A deep passion for consumer brands, storytelling and conversion‑driven creative
- Hybrid working - 3/4 days a week in the London office
