You’ll play a central role in capturing engaging educational and inspirational stories, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, content trends, and fast-turn creative delivery.

What you’ll do
- Produce short-form video and still content that performs across platforms like Linked In, Instagram, and You Tube — with a clear focus on B2B food service professionals.
- Collaborate with chefs, food professionals, and editorial teams to develop content that aligns with key messaging, educational goals, and seasonal priorities.
- Translate campaign strategies and editorial plans into engaging visual content that is tailored to different EMEA markets.
- Monitor trends, cultural moments, and industry events to create content that is timely, relevant, and engages its target audience.
- Take ownership of the full content process — from concepting, scripting, filming, and editing to final delivery.
- Maintain and manage a content production calendar, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across markets and platforms.
- Leverage your network of local talent and suppliers (chefs, stylists, kitchen locations, freelancers) to support content creation.
- Work across time zones and collaborate effectively with international client and agency teams.
About you
- 3+ years’ experience producing video and visual content for social and web platforms, ideally with a focus on food and hospitality.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates short-form, food-centric, and social-native storytelling.
- Excellent production skills including filming, directing non-professional talent, and editing with tools like Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Canva.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media content trends, particularly in food, drink, hospitality and culinary sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with performance goals and brand guidelines.
- Comfortable managing multiple overlapping projects and tight timelines.
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients, and creative teams across regions and time zones.
- A willingness to travel across the region to attend different industry events.
- A resourceful and independent content creator who understands how to bring food stories to life for a professional audience.
- Someone who’s quick to respond to trends and seasonal moments, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement in the food service space.
- A creator with a strong local network…
