This is an exciting opportunity for a trend-led Woven designer with Teen Girlswear experience to join a leading fashion supplier based in London. Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, you will be part of a talented design team and report directly to the Design Manager. This role focuses on delivering fresh, commercial collections across multiproduct wovens for one of the leading retailers in this market.

• Design and develop on-trend woven collections for the teen girlswear market across multi product.
• Research and interpret seasonal trends, translating them into commercially viable product suitable for their customer.
• Produce detailed tech packs and CADs for sampling and production.
• Incorporate handwriting styles suited to light embroidery with an Indian influence.
• Work closely with the Design Manager, buyers, and the wider team to meet briefs and deadlines.
• Present design concepts and mood boards to internal teams and customers.
• Liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery in India, Bangladesh & China.
• Attend fit sessions and adapt designs based on feedback.

• Proven experience designing teen girlswear, with a focus on wovens.
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok-led trends and the style preferences of the teen market.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and profitability.
• Excellent CAD and tech pack skills.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a bubbly, team-oriented personality.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
