The Social, Content and Creator team ideate and execute multi-platform campaigns rooted in insights, pop culture and standout creative that gets our clients talked about.
To translate trends into outstanding content that fuels brand affinity across our clients’ and own channels, we’re looking for a Content Creator with an eye for creative and strategic concepts, who is comfortable and willing to be in front of the camera and can shoot, edit and work with the rest of the team to produce work that drives impact and stops scrolls.
Must be able to produce original and compelling storytelling for multiple digital channels including Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook and be happy presenting ideas and work to clients in order to sell the vision and gain buy-in.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContent Creation + Platform Execution
- Ideate, concept, plan, shoot, film, edit and produce high quality social-first content across all social channels, mainly Tik Tok and Instagram.
- Immerse yourself in trends and be quick to react and produce relevant reactive content that is culturally sound and reflects our client’s marketing objectives.
- Fully own the conceptual process from storyboarding to scripting, creative and all outputs, including pitch decks, static images and videos.
- Be tech native, shooting content with an iPhone or DSLR, right the way through to editing using Adobe Photoshop or social media platforms.
- Work with the Social, Content and Creator team to develop platform specific content calendars and exciting ways to activate and respond to briefs, reflecting key tentpole client and TFR moments.
- Ensure all content meets TFR’s standard of excellence and brand consistency.
- Work with all TFR teams to deliver trend-led integrated and impactful campaigns across a variety of channels.
- Generate actionable insights from having your finger on the pulse and utilising social listening data to guide your content strategy and campaign development.
- Work with the wider team to activate the community engagement strategy, having an audience and brand-first mindset.
- Monitor and analyse social media conversations, brand mentions, and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential client and agency risks.
- Stay ahead of social trends, formats and platform updates.
You’ll thrive here if you bring:
- At least 3 years’ agency experience as a hands-on Content Creator comfortable concepting, scripting, shooting and editing culturally relevant content across Tik Tok, Instagram and other major platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform trends, native formats and algorithm behaviours.
- A mixture of soft skills such as being a clear communicator, through to technical skills such as being able to shoot and edit using a variety of tech.
- Energy, cultural curiosity and a proactive mindset, eager to share your ideas and learnings with the team, as well as lead input into other creative concepts.
- Organised, detail-driven and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
- Ability to balance conceptual thinking with detail-oriented execution.
