- Identify high potential culinary talent across social platforms, restaurants, pop-ups, and food communities
- Track food, culture, and creator trends shaping the future of culinary storytelling
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline from discovery through development
- Support screen tests, sizzles, casting tapes, and early-stage talent development
- Act as a credible ambassador within the culinary world, building relationships with talent and industry figures to become a trusted collaborator.
- Represent Studio Ramsay Global at key food events and actively engage with the culinary industry by attending festivals, exhibitions, trade shows, and awards, with strong awareness of which events are most relevant for identifying emerging talent
Strong cultural awareness and instinct for emerging talent - Deep engagement with culinary social media and digital platforms
- Excellent research and discovery skills
- Relationship-building and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Resourceful, capable of managing shifting priorities
- Creative thinker with strong taste and judgment
- Ability to shoot and/or edit casting tapes or short-form talent materials is a plus
- Experience & Background
- Background or experience in talent management, casting, production, media, PR, journalism, marketing, or talent partnerships preferred
- Passion, curiosity, and instinct valued over years of experience
