Role Description
We are looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision across the studio and play a central role in shaping the next phase of Altadicta’s growth.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is as comfortable defining big ideas as they are refining the details. You will guide the creative direction of multiple projects, mentor the design team, and work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into clear, engaging and beautifully crafted solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that everything leaving the studio meets a consistently high creative standard — strategically sound, visually confident and aligned to each client’s brand and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall creative direction across client projects and new business opportunities.
- Translate strategy into strong, clear creative concepts and visual systems.
- Oversee art direction, design development and final outputs across multiple channels.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to shape narratives, campaigns and experiences.
- Mentor and develop designers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance creative culture.
- Ensure consistency, quality and strategic clarity across all deliverables.
- Contribute to new business pitches, proposals and creative responses.
- Help evolve Altadicta’s creative standards, processes and portfolio.
What We’re Looking
- For Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Design Lead within a design, branding or communications agency.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling creative solutions.
- Deep expertise in branding, visual systems and art direction.
- Excellent graphic design sensibility and attention to detail.
- A confident presenter, able to articulate creative ideas to senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading, mentoring and inspiring creative teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic, design‑led work across multiple channels.
