Our client is an independent integrated communications agency working across film, TV, entertainment, shopper, music and media. They develop relevant and effective creative that gets audiences genuinely engaging with brands.
The RoleYou will sit at the heart of the creative workflow, keeping projects on track across multiple clients. This is a hands on role where you will plan resource, manage trafficking and support the delivery of high quality campaigns that land on time, on spec and on budget.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and traffic briefs through the Creative Department for your clients.
- Work closely with structural, design, artwork, digital and AV teams to maintain seamless workflow.
- Prioritise and manage creative resource, including freelancers where required.
- Maintain quality standards, ensuring creative leads sign off all priority work.
- Track budgets, timesheets and utilisation to support studio efficiency.
- Contribute resource to new business where needed.
- Strengthen processes and communication across all departments.
- Ensure work aligns with style guides, legal requirements and confidentiality expectations.
- 4 plus years as in a CS, Traffic or Resource role within an integrated agency or pre-press environment.
- Solid understanding of ATL and BTL production including POP,_POS, print and production techniques.
- Experienced managing traffic flow, WIPs and artwork production.
- Organised, solutions focused and confident communicating with stakeholders.
- Comfortable under pressure, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of structural production is beneficial.
- Mac and PC literate, proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with InDesign.
- A positive, proactive team player with natural leadership skills.
- Experience with major UK, European or global FMCG, shopper or entertainment brands.
- Understanding of structural production workflows for FSDUs etc.
