Overview

I’m partnering with a high‑growth, venture‑backed consumer fintech that’s scaling one of its most important growth engines — and they’re looking for a Creative Strategist with deep paid social and performance creative experience.

This role sits right at the intersection of creative + performance. You’ll own the thinking behind paid social ads end‑to‑end: developing the hooks, angles, messaging, and concepts that stop the scroll; designing a structured testing roadmap; and scaling what works across Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube and beyond. It’s hands‑on, fast‑moving and very output‑driven — but with real strategic ownership.

You’ll work closely with designers, editors, creators, and analysts to bring sharp, insight‑led creative to life, while building the systems and frameworks that turn performance data into consistently better results.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing high‑impact hooks, messaging, concepts and creative direction for video, static, and UGC ads
  • Owning a structured creative testing programme across paid social and video channels
  • Leading creative direction while staying close to execution and production
  • Collaborating with designers, creators, editors, and analysts to launch, learn, iterate
  • Scaling winning creative and building the playbook that guides future experimentation
What they’re looking for
  • Experience scaling paid social creative within D2C or fast‑growth environments
  • Someone who thinks in insights, angles, and testing frameworks — not just “nice creative ideas”
  • A practitioner who can translate data into strong creative judgment
  • Someone comfortable owning creative direction while remaining hands‑on with output
  • High energy, curiosity, and a bias for action
