Responsibilities

Screen and establish connections with overseas creators around business goals, and assist in educating local creators and sharing creative inspirations.

Communicate with local creators on a daily basis to understand the pain points in template creation, summarize common problems, and provide solutions.

Collect global trends on a daily basis to assist various teams in producing more localized content.

Establish content strategies for festivals and new product features, collect creative inspirations and distribute them to creators and follow up on the creation processes.

These features are designed to democratize professional-grade video editing, helping creators of all skill levels save time and unlock new creative possibilities.

Our AI capabilities streamline complex workflows and enable a new generation of creators to bring their visions to life with unprecedented ease and efficiency. Cap Cut Template is one of our core features, which allows users to create videos quickly and easily by applying pre-designed editing formats. Users simply insert their own media to generate a customized final video.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Final year or recent Bachelors degree or Masters graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. With less than 1 years experience.

Fluent in German, in order to communicate with stakeholders based in Germany.

Experienced in cross-region online collaboration, and highly committed to the position.

Have certain video editing skills and passion for AI.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with major social media platforms such as Tik Tok, INS, or You Tube, experience in managing social media accounts is preferred.

Experience with creator recruitment and creator-network management in the German market is preferred.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and willingness to grow and adapt through complex and challenging business priorities.
