Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for an Artist Manager & Plugger at RBK London. The role involves managing relationships with artists and guiding them in their professional journey. Responsibilities include offering strategic career advice, coordinating events or releases, pitching music to industry stakeholders, and creating promotional opportunities. The position also requires building partnerships with media outlets, leveraging networks to gain exposure for artists, and developing promotional strategies for their music.

Responsibilities
  • Required to networking and build relationships with sponsors, radio stations (securing radio play)
  • Experience in Radio Promotion, relationships with radio broadcasters, and creating effective radio plugging strategies
  • Release Planning (Goal setting for the Releases & Scouting between CEO Employer & Employee)
  • Creating strategic campaigns for promotion
  • Talent & A&R scouting, contacting Artists for potential signings and deals for artist development
  • Organising the artists schedule
  • Plugging live gigs and performances for artists
  • Strategising & managing artists releases
  • Attending meetings potential artists
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated professional who is motivated and a self-starter, loyal and able to work using your own initiative as well as being able to work part as a team.

Candidate must be registered as self employed as this is a self employed position

Weekly £150 per week

Schedule:

Remote Hybrid

In office hours required

+ with 2 fixes in office days in South West London Richmond

(Two fixed present office days required)

Wednesdays - 2pm to 8pm

Thursdays - 2pm to 8pm
