The Role

As a Graphic Designer you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life, creating clear, engaging, and polished visual content that helps the business communicate with impact. From social media graphics and digital campaigns to presentations, web assets, and printed materials, the role transforms briefs into thoughtful, on‑brand designs that connect with our audiences.

You and your Team

Working at the heart of our Digital & Marketing function, our designers pair creativity with practical problem‑solving and interpreting requirements, safeguarding brand consistency, and ensuring every asset looks professional and purposeful. Partnering with Marketing, Content, Product, Digital, and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality visuals across multiple channels. As Graphic Designers, we shape how the brand is seen, remembered, and experienced, constantly improving our craft, exploring new tools and techniques, and contributing to stronger campaigns and clearer communication across the organisation.

As

a Graphic Designer, you will:
  • Develop creative concepts and interpret briefs to produce strong, engaging visual assets across digital and print channels, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and meet business and audience needs.
  • Create high‑quality design assets across digital and print platforms, including digital marketing materials (social media graphics, app store promotions, web banners, animated/video content), email campaigns, website/app visuals and landing pages, brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, sales materials, presentations, internal communications, branded merchandise, and environmental branding.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prioritise tasks based on urgency and business needs ensuring timely delivery within agreed deadlines and budgets. Communicate timelines or delays.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into effective visual communications.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and planning by providing creative input from concept to execution, and present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints, safeguarding brand integrity by ensuring all communications are visually consistent, polished, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Prepare final artwork for production checking files are accurate, working with printers, developers, and third‑party suppliers as required.
  • Take on feedback positively. Review and refine work based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring alignment with campaign/delivery objectives.
  • Support junior designers when needed and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • Professional design experience, with a focus on proposal design, sales enablement, or client pitches
  • Proficient using of industry‑standard design software – Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Creative thinker with strong visual problem‑solving skills, understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and composition
