Junior Events Producer

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Junior Event Producer to join a leading luxury events company delivering exceptional experiences across the UK and internationally. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across the full event lifecycle while working on high‑profile events.

Working closely with senior producers and the wider events team, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of premium events from concept through to execution.

• Support the planning and delivery of live, hybrid and international events
• Assist with event logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier coordination and production schedules
• Liaise with venues, AV teams, suppliers and external partners
• Manage event administration, including timelines, run sheets and production documentation
• Assist with speaker, client and stakeholder coordination
• Track budgets, invoices and event expenses
• Support on‑site event delivery, ensuring operations run smoothly
• Assist with post‑event reporting and feedback analysis

• 1 year experience in events, production, hospitality or project coordination
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in the events industry
