A global events organisation is seeking a Senior Conference Producer to join its Research & Development team, focused on identifying emerging industry themes and building high-growth conference products.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded producer who enjoys creating compelling content, growing event audiences, and launching new conference topics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality conference agendas that attract senior industry audiences
Own growth strategies for assigned events, including attendance, pricing, and audience quality
Identify and test new event topics and opportunities for portfolio expansion
Recruit high-profile speakers and moderators
Write compelling website and marketing copy
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver successful events
Run events onsite and continuously improve the delegate experience Requirements

3+ years’ conference production experience
Demonstrated success in growing event attendance, revenue, or audience quality
Strong commercial mindset and analytical approach
Interest in emerging technology and industry trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and solutions-driven approach
