Photoshop Digital Artist

About the Role

We are seeking a Photoshop Digital Artist to join INK's Art Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in 2D retouching, photography, and digital image creation. The role also encompasses 3D (Blender) and Motion/Animation.

You'll play a key role in producing high-quality visual assets, supporting both still and motion-based projects, and collaborating closely with creatives across disciplines.

London, Full-Time

• Confident use of:
  • Layer-based workflows for structured, non-destructuve editing
  • Advances masking techniques for seamless compositing
  • Vector pathing for precise selections and cutouts
  • Blend modes & blending groups to achieve refined visual outcomes
• Experience handling large, multi-layered files efficiently
• Strong understanding of image cleanup, grading, and finishing for production
• Skilled in using DSLR/SLR cameras for capturing reference or production imagery
• Experience with Capture One for RAW processing and colour management
• Experience working with CG renders and render passes (e.g. diffuse, reflection, Z-depth)
• Ability to integrate and enhance CGI within Photoshop pipelines
• Skills within 3D packages are desirable (Blender)

• Ability to think in sequences, pacing, and narrative flow
• Confident presenting work internally and, when required, to clients

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Design, Digital Arts, or related field
• Working knowledge of CGI post-production workflows

• Highly creative with exceptional attention to detail
• Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
• Open to feedback with a strong desire to improve and refine work
