Whom we are looking for: A hands-on Senior Designer/Creative with an eye for elevated design and a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics. You’ll aid in developing & driving the visual identity of 111

SKIN across all channels and bring to life compelling, cohesive visuals & assets that embody our brand ethos across both digital & print while improving workflows and ensuring on-time delivery of campaigns and launches.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead day-to-day design business-as-usual (BAU) output across digital (CRM, organic & paid social), & support on printed collateral.
• Develop digital design solutions - static & motion - and treatments for new launches and content in-line with the brand’s creative vision and commercial ambitions.
• Create seasonal campaign toolkits for brand moments and product launches.
• Lead the UX/UI design for  and maintain associated brand guidelines to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external teams.
• Help spearhead, test & establish updated brand guidelines.
• Support with project management of BAU tasks & deliverables with freelancers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, PR, product) to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative.
• Manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously.
• Contribute to the art direction and production of photoshoots when required.
• Stay informed on design trends, tools, and competitor activity to ensure creative remains fresh and relevant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience in design within the luxury beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates elevated design thinking and exceptional execution across various channels
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  After Effects & Premier a must have.
• Proficient in using Figma
• Experience with using Creative AI Design tools to support and accelerate creative processes
• Experience with using & managing project management tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and organisation, and time management
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and luxury storytelling
