Breathwork intern assistant

About the Role

Join as an assistant for an in-person breathwork session. Are you London based and passionate about breathwork/mindfulness and looking for a unique opportunity to contribute to a community-focused event? Breathe With ADHD is hosting a breathwork workshop this Saturday, and we need an enthusiastic intern to help make the day unforgettable.

A friendly face to welcome our attendants with warmth and ensure they feel comfortable and know where everything is. Someone with a keen eye for capturing moments – all you need is a steady hand to film the event on our phone. Whether you're an aspiring videographer or just love storytelling through video, we'd love to have you bring our workshop to life for those who couldn't attend in person.

Greeting attendees and assisting with check-in to create a welcoming atmosphere. Using a smartphone to record key moments of the workshop, capturing the essence of breathwork and the shared experience of our community.

3 hours – 16:15 to 19:15.

Gain invaluable experience in event management and content creation. Connect with like‑minded individuals passionate about ADHD, mindfulness and breathwork. Contribute to spreading the message of self‑care and mental wellness through breathwork.

This is a volunteer opportunity perfect for someone interested in mindfulness and breathwork practices, event management, digital content creation or have an interest in ADHD. Your contribution will not only enhance the experience of our participants but also play a vital role in bringing our community closer.
