Key Responsibilities- Generating original ideas on behalf of the production.
- Research, produce & edit content on behalf of the production and client.
- Strong writing skills – ability to write up ideas succinctly that will excite and interest the reader.
- Responsible for preparation and co‑ordination of risk assessments for shoots as appropriate.
- Keeping track of industry developments, exciting new talent, successful campaigns, programming and trends in popular culture and sport across all platforms.
- Conducting accurate supporting research, reference material, identifying talent, experts and music for speculative ideas and in response to briefs.
- Supervise post‑production editing as necessary.
- Carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job and support other Euro league production work during peak periods or as required.
- Previous experience in broadcast and/or digital production.
- Experience self‑shooting and/or editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience researching and generating original ideas, writing and presenting them to a high standard.
- Experience directing single‑camera shoots, sourcing, prepping and interviewing contributors.
- Good general basketball knowledge.
- Understanding of social‑media platforms and ability to publish content and interact with social‑media communities.
- Good understanding of editorial.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Understanding of production workflows.
- Ability to adapt to different formats and approaches according to brief.
- Ability to create original ideas and produce compelling content.
- Excellent research and attention to detail.
- Shows initiative and prioritises workload without close supervision.
- Proven organisational skills.
Full‑time fixed‑term contract until 11
June
2027. This role is based at our office in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. International travel is required. The position may require working late nights, weekends, festive periods, Easter and bank holidays.
