What you will be doing
As a Product Designer, you produce high‑fidelity design deliverables that solve customer needs and client challenges, with guidance from a Senior or Lead Product Designer. You will also identify ways to work on your personal development and actively participate in the Product Design Community of Practice and the wider studio.
You will:
- Undertake desk research to inform your ideas and build an understanding of a problem space
- Create sketches, prototypes or low‑fidelity designs to explore your ideas and communicate them to the team
- Support in preparing and running user research
- Prepare and participate in client workshops
Created prototypes to test or communicate interactions - Create high‑fidelity designs using an existing design system, or support in developing a new design system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project outcomes
- Actively participate in our Product Design Community of Practice, regularly sharing your work and ideas
Depending on your areas of interest, you may also:
- Use motion or animation to showcase ideas to clients
- Inform or evolve the information architecture of a digital product
You will be part of a team that bring ideas to life, whether launching something new or evolving a product already in market. You’re curious, open to testing and iteration, and driven to deliver work that genuinely works for users as well as clients.
With that in mind, we’re particularly keen to hear from you if you bring:
- Experience working as part of a team that has launched products to market, or that has worked on a product in‑market
- Relevant experience working for established brands or clients, as part of an agency, consultancy or in‑house team.
- Experience across all stages of the product design process. This could be from initial analysis, workshops, sketches, ideas and concepts through to user research, prototyping and the final delivery of designs
- A combination of experience across mobile and web.
- Testing and iterating must be an inherent part of your approach
- The drive to deliver excellent work
- The instinct to recognise when something doesn’t work
- A willingness to reflect on your performance and respond to feedback from others to continuously improve
Please ensure a link to your portfolio is included on your CV
