As the school's Music Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all music lessons, rehearsals and large-scale performances. You'll be the go-to sound and music equipment expert, supporting both staff and students in creating exceptional musical experiences.

• Maintaining, setting up and troubleshooting all sound and music equipment across the department.
• Providing sound engineering support for major school events, concerts and productions in Ealing.
• Managing the organization of peripatetic (peri) music lessons – scheduling, communication and follow-up.
• Liaising effectively with teaching staff, students and parents to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the music department.
• Handling invoicing and administrative tasks for peri music lessons.
• Ensuring that all instruments and equipment are properly maintained, logged and ready for use.

• Previous experience as a Music Technician or sound engineer (school or professional setting).
• Excellent understanding of audio equipment, recording software and live sound mixing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students and visiting peri teachers.
