A growing events and conferences company that produces innovative and thought-provoking events within the financial industry. Their events bring professionals together to discuss industry trends and technological developments, and the opportunity to network.
Graduate Conference Producer
- London
- Hybrid - £30k + Bonus Conference producers are the brains behind large-scale corporate events; whatever the topic of the event, producers are expected to conduct extensive market research via primary and secondary routes, build commercial relationships with industry stakeholders, and create content for each event as well.
Please note this is not an events management position.
Key Responsibilities Researching key markets within the industry to find hot topics for their events - primarily through news articles, industry journals, and social media
Interviewing and building relationships with key industry executives (e.g. directors, CEOs, senior members of companies etc.) to further your market knowledge
Inviting these executives to speak or attend the event you are working on Liaising with event sponsors
Creating content and marketing copy for each event alongside the marketing team Attending the event on the day to network within the industry in Central London

Every day is different! Their event sizes range from the 100s to the 1000s so depending on the event you are working on, there is a lot to cover in terms of research, content, and networking
Salary: £30K + a discretionary bonus as well
RequirementsA 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant degree subject such as finance, economics, or humanities
Other degree subjects will also be considered with relevant commercial experience listed belowA willingness to be client-facing
