Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

Freddie's Flowers was founded by Freddie Garland in October 2014 with one ambition: to change people's relationship with flowers. We believe flowers aren't only for grand occasions, but they make every day special, inspiring creativity and sparking joy.

Our starting point was our direct-to-consumer subscription model, helping us grow a loyal UK following. We launched in Germany in 2020, and then in 2021 we secured significant backing from The Craftory, a like-minded purpose-led global investment house, helping us expand, develop and grow. 2023 saw us start our gifting service — bringing the best of Freddie's Flowers to everyone who needs it (even last minute!).

From the seed of an idea we continue to flourish; we're now a B Corp organisation. And our founding mission remains unchanged — to change the world of flowers, and to change the world with flowers.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Floral Stylist to lead the styling of floral arrangements for photography and content shoots across the brand. This role is responsible for bringing our flowers to life visually—creating inspiring arrangements and styling that reflects Freddie's Flowers aesthetic across product imagery, lifestyle shoots, social content and campaign work.

Working closely with the creative, social and flower teams, you'll style flowers both in our in-house photo studio and out on location ensuring every arrangement feels fresh, elevated and camera‑ready.

You’ll also work alongside the Head of Style together with The Flower and Buying Teams on the commercial floral arrangements sold by the business, supporting with ordering, design planning and new arrangement development. The balance between the two teams will vary depending on the workload across both areas.

Responsibilities
  • Style all floral arrangements for photography and video shoots
  • Assist with floral styling for events and partnerships
  • Create visually impactful arrangements for:

  • Brief design and photography teams on any floral‑specific retouch notes
  • Prepare, condition and maintain flowers to ensure they look their best on shoot days
  • Work collaboratively with photographers, designers, producers and social teams
  • Adapt styling approaches to suit different shoot concepts, seasons and brand campaigns
  • Assist with sourcing and styling props, vessels and supporting set elements where required
  • Support shoots both in our studio and at external locations
  • Ensure consistency in brand aesthetic across all visual content
  • Manage floral setup, refreshes and breakdown during shoot days
  • Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of flower rooms and studios
  • Manage flower budget for shoots and events
  • Help manage the flower room including stock levels, organisation and ensuring flowers are stored correctly
  • Assist on the set up of monthly sign‑off meetings, including ordering stems and the presentation of the products.
Requirements
  • Strong floral styling and arranging experience ideally within editorial, commercial, or brand content environments
  • Excellent knowledge of floristry and flower varieties
