Perfect Ted is looking for a Film-maker, Videographer & Editor (or two people working as a creative duo) to join our new in-house creative hub and become the engine behind Perfect Ted's video world across both the brand and our founders' personal brands.

You’ll turn everyday moments into content people genuinely want to watch. From filming founders on the road, at retail launches, events and in the office, to creating viral short-form content and developing ambitious long-form You Tube series, you’ll help define how one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger brands tells its story.

Whether you’re an all-round filmmaker who loves shooting and editing, or a specialist who works best as part of a filmmaker/editor partnership, we’d love to hear what setup brings out your best work.

• Film founders and the wider team during launches, travel, retail visits, events and day-to-day moments, ensuring nothing worth capturing gets missed
• Travel with founders as required to capture key business moments and content opportunities
• Shoot high-quality footage across a variety of environments, from fast-paced events to behind-the-scenes office moments

• Edit short-form content for Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube Shorts and Linked In that is story-led, platform-native and highly engaging
• Create content that feels authentic rather than overly polished or corporate
• Deliver fast, high-quality edits under tight deadlines

• Own long-form You Tube production from concept through to publishing
• Develop original episodic content and new series ideas alongside the wider team
• Help establish Perfect Ted as one of the most entertaining founder-led brands online
• Bring fresh ideas for formats, storylines and cultural moments
• Work collaboratively with marketing, design and social teams to bring ideas to life
• Organise, catalogue and archive footage so content can be easily found and repurposed
• Maintain efficient editing and file management workflows

• Be available for occasional evening and weekend shoots when launches, events or major opportunities require it
• Travel with founders when needed to capture important moments across the business

• A portfolio showcasing high-quality filmmaking, videography and editing work from concept through to final delivery
• Strong experience creating both short-form and long-form content
• Excellent editorial judgement and storytelling instincts
• Fast, high-quality editing using industry-standard software
• Comfortable filming in fast-moving, unpredictable environments
• Genuine flexibility to travel with founders and work occasional evenings or weekends around key business moments
