Social Media Executive; Freelance

We're looking for a Social Media Executive to join Tonic on a six month freelance contract, working with one of the UK's biggest retail brands. This isn't just a content scheduling role. You'll be out filming content, generating ideas, briefing editors, analysing performance and helping shape social that people actually want to watch.

You’ll work alongside our Head of Social, strategists, creatives and editors to create platform first content that genuinely cuts through.

• Coming up with social first ideas that people actually stop scrolling for.
• Planning content calendars and managing day to day social.
• Leading content shoots and content farming days.
• Briefing editors and designers.
• Spotting trends before everyone else.
• Turning performance into better creative.
• Working directly with clients and collaborating across the agency.

• You live and breathe social.
• You're naturally curious and full of ideas.
• You've managed brand channels before.
• You're confident on shoots and with clients.
• You know what works on Tik Tok, Instagram and Linked In, and more importantly, why.

• Hybrid role, office based in London Bridge (1–2 days per week) plus regular content shoots.
• Six-month freelance contract.
• Approx. 14 days per month.
