About the Company
Amelie Charme is a ready‑to‑wear label defined by retro‑inspired aesthetics and elevated, flattering silhouettes. Drawing heavily from the timeless allure of the French Riviera and the Mediterranean, the brand embodies a lifestyle rooted in effortless luxury and the pursuit of the good life. This influence is expressed through clean, vintage‑inspired graphics and a carefully curated visual identity.
About the RoleUnderpinned by a differentiated supply chain and a sharp focus on its core customer, Amelie Charme has achieved strong early traction, delivering consistent sales growth within its first years of operation. You will work across graphics and cut and sew, directly with the founding team. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include designing graphics, planning collections, developing silhouettes and colourways, preparing production‑ready artwork, and using tools such as Photoshop and Higgsfield to concept and visualise quickly.

- Strong aesthetic taste. This matters more than anything else. We want to see your eye—whether through a Pinterest board, a personal project, or an Instagram archive.

- Basic understanding of garment construction or a real interest in learning it.
- Works independently and takes feedback well.
- Seeking a high‑impact role, wants to see their skills deployed onto real selling products that will be sold online and in stores, and ideally will send a portfolio, moodboard, or anything that shows your taste, plus a couple of lines on why you want to work with us. Keen to start their own label one day.
