- Produce assets across the full CL Hub and Value Eyewear brand portfolio, adapting executions to each brand's visual identity and audience
- Transcreate and adapt assets for multiple EMEA markets, maintaining creative integrity across languages and formats
- Support both campaign and BAU work streams, managing shifting priorities without losing quality or attention to detail
Animation and Motion
- Lead on animation and motion graphics across the team; this is the primary specialisation we are hiring for

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, CRM, and brand teams to ensure creative assets are fit for purpose across all channels
- Collaborate with the Senior Creative Lead and Creative Team Manager throughout the briefing, review, and sign-off process
- Manage your own workload through the team's project management tools (Click Up, Jira, or equivalent); be organised, proactive, and transparent about capacity
