We have a small but mighty content design team at Miro, with just three people across multiple initiatives. The team prioritizes flexibility and impact, embedding within cross‑functional teams while offering light support to lower priority work.

This position sits within the AI Canvas team, focusing on AI Workflow experiences. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to build the frameworks that help other teams create consistent AI content  hire will shape Miro's content design discipline while collaborating across product, design, research, and marketing functions.

• Work with product, UX, and engineering teams to create user‑focused content for high‑priority AI features
• Design prompts, UI copy, and error messages for Sidekicks and Flows adoption
• Develop conversational content that guides users effectively, reduces cognitive load and aligns with voice/tone guidelines
• Contribute to content design guidelines, particularly AI principles for design systems
• Collaborate on user research and test content hypotheses
• Participate in design reviews with clear rationales
• Advocate for content design integration into product development

• Writing and testing system prompts
• Defining evaluation criteria with engineering
• Shaping conversation flows in design critiques
• Running through edge cases for AI failure recovery
• Creating conversation starters teaching user possibilities

• 6+ years of experience in content design or UX writing for digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, user‑focused content with measurable impact
• Proven cross‑functional collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams
• Deep understanding of UX writing, information architecture, and user‑centered design
• Familiarity with AI products, conversation design, or prompt engineering
• Ability to align content strategy with business objectives
• Strong communication skills across diverse teams
• Proactive, flexible approach for fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
