The Role:As a Pattern Cutter / CLO3D Developer, you'll play a crucial role in transforming creative concepts into technically sound, production‑ready garments. You’ll work closely with designers and technical teams to ensure each digital prototype reflects our design intent while optimising fit and construction.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and develop accurate digital patterns using CLO3D.
- Interpret designer sketches and tech packs to translate ideas into 3D garments.
- Adjust and refine virtual samples for accurate fit and construction details.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Maintain an organised digital pattern library and ensure consistency across products.
- Troubleshoot fitting or construction issues and offer solutions.
- Respond to client emails regarding sample progress and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in pattern cutting, both manually and digitally.
- Proficient in CLO3D, with a portfolio of 3D garment work.
- Experience in Optitex or Gerber would be beneficial but not essential.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, and textiles.
- Strong attention to detail and technical precision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with additional software like Adobe Illustrator, Gerber, Optitex, or Lectra.
- Background in fashion design, technical design, or apparel product development.
- Familiarity with digital fashion, virtual sampling, or sustainability‑driven practices.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
