Location: Greater London
Job Summary & Purpose
Working as part of the in-house Communications team that provides the foundational structure to learn about the business and you will interact with numerous departments across the company. The role entails creating engaging on‑brand graphics for a variety of media and events, as well as making sure all documentation meets a professional standard to support Albourne’s branding across the firm.
Responsibilities- Creating visual concepts for print and digital marketing material (webinar, Eurostaffs posts, etc.)
- Producing environmental graphics for Albourne’s virtual and physical events
- Creating digital assets like illustrations, logos and icon designs for our websites and app
- Producing collateral for Albourne’s various departments (e.g. business cards and employee headshot editing)
- Formatting of documents, presentations and reports created in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and preparing templates, to ensure a high quality of professional deliverables is achieved and in accordance with house style
- Conducting spelling review to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field from an accredited college/university required
- At least 1‑2 years prior work experience in Graphic Design or related services
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
PowerPoint, Word - A strong portfolio of logos, illustrations, brochures, digital assets and/or other graphics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and is able to articulate ideas to the group with confidence
- Proactive self‑starter, proficient time management and multi‑tasking
- Driven self‑directed learner
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
