Reports to: Senior Digital Content Producer

About the Business

We are working with one of the UK’s leading talent management agencies, representing well‑known personalities across television, entertainment, sport and the creator economy.

As the business continues to expand its digital production capability, it is looking for an ambitious Assistant Digital Content Producer to join the team.

This is a hands‑on production role for someone with established filming and editing experience who wants to develop their career within the creator economy. You will work directly with high‑profile talent, supporting the production of premium podcasts, You Tube channels, original digital series and commercial content.

This is not a marketing or social media management position. The role requires practical experience across video production, camera operation, editing and content delivery.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Digital Content Producer, Head of Ventures, Talent Agents and clients, you will support the end‑to‑end delivery of digital content across the talent roster.

You will assist with pre‑production, filming, editing, publishing and production administration across owned content and commercial campaigns. The role will involve working both in studio and on location, managing multiple projects and turning raw footage into polished, platform‑ready content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and production of podcasts, You Tube channels, original digital series and creator‑led formats.
  • Assist with productions from planning and equipment preparation through to filming, editing, approvals and final delivery.
  • Set up and operate professional camera, lighting and audio equipment for studio recordings and location shoots.
  • Support and direct talent during podcast recordings, video shoots, branded campaigns and content production days.
  • Edit high‑quality long‑form and short‑form content, including You Tube videos, podcast episodes, trailers, Shorts, Reels and Tik Tok content.
  • Prepare and optimise content for publication across You Tube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and major social platforms.
  • Create promotional and social‑first edits that improve the quality, consistency and performance of talent content.
  • Support the production of paid partnerships and branded campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet creative briefs, platform requirements and client guidelines.
  • Organise footage, project files and digital assets while maintaining efficient editing and production workflows.
  • Work closely with agents, talent and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least two years’ relevant experience within a production company, creator business, digital agency or established freelance environment.
  • Experience supporting the production of You Tube content, video podcasts, digital series or commercial campaigns.
  • Strong filming skills using professional camera, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Confidence editing both long‑form and short‑form digital content.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, presenters or television talent.
  • An understanding of how content should be adapted for You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok and podcast platforms.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and production requirements in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A portfolio or showreel demonstrating clear personal involvement in filming, editing or producing digital content.
Technical Skills

Strong experience with the following is required:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Sony, Canon or Blackmagic camera systems
  • Professional lighting and audio equipment
  • Multi‑camera filming and podcast production
  • Colour grading and audio editing
  • Digital file management and post‑production workflows
